The Athletic Performance Center of Exeter Hospital provides a wide variety of training services for athletes of every age and sport as well as anyone who is interested in fitness training. Our highly educated staff includes strength and conditioning  specialists, athletic trainers, physical therapists and corrective exercises specialists.  State of the art facilities and equipment allow our performance specialists to develop and implement one of a kind strength, conditioning and injury prevention programs that help every individual reach their goals.

Our Philosophy:

To help people reach their full potential through individualized, comprehensive strength, conditioning and injury prevention programs. Our trainers provide instruction on correct movement patterns, and techniques that will be used to increase flexibility, strength, speed and quickness, as well as reduce the risk of injury.
