Jennifer Hale, APRN, FNP-C, COHN
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State College in 1998 and her Master's of Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of New Hampshire in 2009. Jennifer joined COEH in April of 2014. Prior to that, she had four years of experience working onsite at a company managing their occupational health program. She also completed her DOT certification in 2013.
Martha McGowen-Lee, APRN, FNP-BC, COHN-S
Martha received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State College in 1990. She received her Master's of Science in Primary Care at Simmons College in 1997 and her Post Master's Certificate/Family Nurse Practitioner from University of New Hampshire in 2004. She has worked for Exeter Health Resources since 2004 and joined Exeter Hospital's Employee Health Care in 2010, and COEH in 2013. She completed her DOT certification in 2013.
Shiloh Haven, APRN, ANP-BC
Shiloh earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2004 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner, from Simmons University in 2006. Shiloh joined COEH in 2023, when she also completed her DOT certification. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in a variety of adult settings, including acute and subacute care, pain management, and as teaching faculty in both university and hospital settings.
