Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

The EAP staff is trained to provide timely response to workplace trauma, accidents, and crises.  These services begin with a telephone assessment to determine the best plan for the organization.  The response is often a structured group educational meeting with all employees affected by the incident.  This may be followed with individual debriefing sessions for employees who require additional support. 

This service is FREE for an organization with our EAP contract.  This service is also available on a fee-for-service basis for non-contracted organizations.  If you have questions or would like more information about this program please call us at 603-580-6688.
