Training / Workshops
The EAP consultants provide workshops on wellness and health education topics. A certain number of workshops may be included as part of the EAP contract at the time of program implementation. These trainings are also available on a fee-for-service basis.
Examples of training topics include:
- Stress Management: series of one - three sessions
- Sexual Harassment: for Supervisory Staff and/or far all Employees
- Conflict Management Skills
- The Effect of Alcohol and Drug Abuse at work
- Coaching Supervisors on Having Difficult Conversations
- Getting the Best from your Employees
- Managing Technology Overload
