Exeter Hospital's Patient Portal
The Exeter Hospital Patient Portal gives you the flexibility to access your health information on your time and between visits to Exeter Hospital. The Portal is available online, which means you can use it from virtually anywhere. Any questions related to the portal please call the portal support number at 603-580-6228 option #3 during regular business hours. If calling after hours or on a holiday, your call will be returned the next buiness day.
Pursuant to the 21st Century Cures Act, through this Patient Portal Exeter Hospital provides patients and their designated representatives with essential clinical data, including core data classes and elements in the U.S. Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI). As the USCDI is updated, additional clinical data also may be available via this Patient Portal.
