The Athletic Performance Center specializes in more than just athletes. A large majority of our time is devoted to training adults of every age and ability. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit or prepare for your weekend warrior activities, our staff has the knowledge to help you achieve results. Our adult training is starts with an initial consultation. This allows us to screen your whole body for strengths and weaknesses that help us determine the best program for your moving forward.
