FOUNDATION (Ages 9-12)
Our fundamental program introduces young athletes of any sport to performance and injury prevention training. Sessions focus on improving coordination, balance, strength, running mechanics, dynamic flexibility and self-esteem in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Each six week program includes pre and post testing. Programs run throughout the year on six week intervals. Each session is 60 minutes long and capped at 12 athletes. This program typically runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5 pm. Call for more information.

STRENGTH ACADEMY (Ages 13-18)
Our teenage specific strength and conditioning program for athletes of any sport. All 60 minute sessions have an increased focus on strength, explosiveness, speed and injury prevention training. Athletic testing is issued monthly to evaluate progress. This program is offered monthly or bi-monthly with athletes choosing to attend two or three times per week. Strength Academy typically runs Monday through Friday from 4-5pm, but call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for the current schedule.
Take your team to the next level! Team training is a sport specific training program designed for individual teams based on their goals. The program promotes team building, teaching proper technique, and integrating specific strength and power training methods. Team training is offered before, during and post season. Team can choose 45, 60 or 90 minute training sessions. Training is available Monday-Sunday, depending on availability. We require a minimum of six athletes and a maxium of 16 athletes per session. Private, one-on-one training sessions for any individual or athlete looking to reach or exceed their goals. Training begins with an inital consultation and an individualized program design. Sessions are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute appointments.
Semi-private training sessions for 2-4 individuals. Enjoy the benefits of SOLO training combined with the motivation and excitement of working within a group. As with our private sessions, small group training begins with an initial consultation and all participants will receive a customized workout plan. Each training session is 60 minutes in length. Small group training schedules run throughout the week with multiple time slots to join.
Private or semi-private training sessions for individuals transitioning from rehabilitation to sports, work or general fitness. Our performance specialists communicate directly with your physical therapists, athletic trainers and/or physicians to develop the most appropriate plan for your complete recovery. Training sessions run in 30, 45 or 60 minute length depending upon your goals or needs.
*Participants in these programs will receive a Complete Athletic Evaluation before their sessions begin.
