Chamber to help you keep healthy

EXETER — The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 2nd annual Health Expo on Saturday, April 1, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Exeter Town Hall.
In today's world, monitoring your overall health is critical to the everyday well-being, says the Chamber's Hunter Putnam . This free public event, will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about traditional and holistic wellness practices, healthy eating, fitness, stress management and relaxation activities for a rounded more fulfilling lifestyle.
Activities scheduled for the day include 25-plus interactive booths. Exeter Hospital will be on hand for fun kids' activities with Exeter Hospital Pediatric Rehabilitation, check your level of sensation with Exeter Hospital's Wound Center and interactive display of nutrition and healthy eating
This event is hosted by the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce and underwritten by Exeter Health Resources. Doors open at 10 a.m.; admission free and open to the public.
