Amy Binda, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Amy has 17 years of experience working as a PTA in outpatient orthopedics. 14 years with Exeter Hospital. She is currently seeing patients at our Epping location where she also runs an adult exercise class. Amy is also a member of the Exeter Hospital spine team. Amy treats a variety of diagnoses including total joints, post-operative patients, sports related injuries, and works related and overuse injuries. She has a special interest in spinal diagnosis for the cervical and lumbar spine. Amy utilizes manual techniques such as, the Graston Technique, The Mulligan Concept, and Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She also utilizes modalities, therapeutic exercise, lumbar and cervical stabilization exercise and Medical Exercise Technique. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding with her family. Amy is an avid runner and continues to enter local races. Amy also volunteers at the New Hampshire Special Olympics.
