Clinical Response Team

Exeter Hospital has established a dedicated clinical response team to help care for identified patients and to ensure they do not have any barriers to receiving care and treatment for hepatitis C. The team is comprised of clinicians who are specialists in the treatment of hepatitis C as well as support personnel whose assistance may be needed to provide comprehensive care. The team also includes a dedicated nurse patient navigator who will be available to help guide patients through the medical process, from assessment through treatment, regardless of where they decide to obtain medical care.

We are continuing to do everything we can to ensure all patients who have tested positive have access to appropriate treatment, with no barriers to their care. The hospital remains focused on supporting identified patients and their families, along with all patients who have required testing.
