Community Relations

The Community Relations Department is committed to keeping the community at large aware and informed not only of what we do as a corporate citizen, but also what we are capable of.

We may be reached directly during normal business hours at (603) 580-6642. Nights and weekends we may be reached through the Exeter Hospital Community Relations Hotline at (603) 580-6642.  We are committed to providing comprehensive information in a deadline-sensitive manner.

We also participate in the coordination of fund-raising and special events, and offer assistance in the areas of publication, audiovisual, advertising, and marketing.

Patient Information
We offer assistance to members of the media who are seeking a patient’s condition. In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines, the patient's full name must be provided when requesting this information. For assistance, call (603) 580-6642. Outside of normal business hours, a member of Community Relations can be reached via pager through the Communications Hotline at (603) 580-6642.
