Community Benefits
The mission of Exeter Health Resources and its affiliates is to improve the health of the community—a mission that is of utmost importance to our affiliated clinical and professional staff of more than 2,500 people.
The operating affiliates of Exeter Health Resources serve 46 communities in the Seacoast Region with a population of 325,351. During the 2011 fiscal year, the affiliates of Exeter Health Resources - Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Core Physicians and Rockingham VNA & Hospice - provided $29+ million in community benefit programs and services. We believe no one should be denied health care services because of the inability to pay.
Through its affiliates, Exeter Health Resources proudly gives back to the Seacoast Region by providing education and wellness programs, dental care for the uninsured, subsidized health services, and financial support of community organizations and agencies vital to the health of seacoast residents.
